SPL Chambley-Madine is recruiting a bookkeeper mastering SAGE 100 – CDD 6 months

The Chambley Grand Est airfield (Meurthe-et-Moselle) and the Madine Lake (Meuse) are major sites in the Grand Est region for tourism, leisure and economic purposes.

They attract 400,000 biennial visitors and 250,000 annual visitors respectively.

The lac de Madine is the largest in Lorraine, located in the heart of the Grand Est Region in the triangle Nancy, Metz and Verdun, within the Regional Natural Park of Lorraine.

The leisure center offers more than 30 nature and outdoor activities. Water, nature and leisure activities are the DNA of the site.

The site has many tourist accommodations suitable for short and medium stay destinations.

The Chambley airfield, with a surface area of 480 hectares, includes recreational and professional aeronautical activities, training centers, accommodations, an industrial and aeronautical activity zone as well as an automobile circuit.

Missions

Reporting to the finance department, within an accounting team of 3 people in a project to start a new company and deploy a new accounting tool.

You will work mainly in support of the following general accounting activities:

• Entry of purchase orders
• Entry of customer orders
• Entry of invoices
• Filing, control, archiving

Other tasks and missions may also be progressively entrusted to you.

Skills required

• Rigor, organization, communication
• Ease of communication
• Comfortable with computer tools and Sage

Desired experience

Successful experience in an accounting department, ideally in a service industry.

Mastery of SAGE 100
