The Ligue de natation du Grand Est offers you free animations all along the season until 28/08.

I LEARN TO SWIM

(children from 4 to 12 years old)

Groups of 10 children

Every day except weekends and holidays, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am and from 5 pm to 6 pm

Supervision by qualified instructors

On the site of Heudicourt in the swimming area (a space is reserved for them)

To discover swimming in open water.

Groups of 5 people, supervised and secured

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (except 15/08 and 19/08), from 11am to 12pm

On the site of Nonsard

Teams of 4 to 7 players per age category (8-10, 11-14, 15 and over)

2×10 minutes matches supervised by 2 educators

Every day except Sunday, holidays and 19/08

On the Nonsard site in the swimming area

Aquaform session with an instructor

Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday except 20/08, from 11am to 12pm
